When you order we write your name and phone number on the docket. Paper dockets go in the recycling after a week.

Standing order and wholesale customers: we keep your name, email and order on file until you cancel, then delete it within a month.

We only use Google Analytics 4 if you say yes in the cookie banner. It sets cookies (names starting _ga) to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google processes that data for us. If you say no, nothing from Google Analytics loads.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it sends them.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it any time with Cookie settings.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Email hello@davesbakery.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
